| Are we friends or are we competitors?Don't you just hate it when it seems like friends are just making stuff up because they don't want to be left behind? This is what I have experienced as one of my girl friends seems to have every experience to top up my current story.Here is a good example. The girls are having this talk regarding what place do we want to visit together with our families. Then this one friend of ours seems to have visited all of our dream destinations. what is irritating is her inconsistencies and lies. she mentioned that she have been there last year and that she only got the tickets for this price, but as I made my research the company did not offer any discounts or promotions that our friend talks so much about. |

There are lots of people who are like your friend. I also have a friend who would just lie at things. I think it is somehow a disorder, a lying disorder. They are making their fantasy a reality by telling stories. It is alarming, yes, but as a friend I think we are the ones who supposed to understand them and just support them. It would not hurt if we would also try to correct them. |
