Hotmail fixes

Why is it that it is harder to control unnecessary mail aka spam in hotmail and yahoo compared to gmail? This even forced me to open a gmail account and I hardly have any difficulty controlling spam. Who shares sentiments like mine?

I have to agree on that, in gmail you can surely get rid of those spams easily. I also had a gmail account and I have to say that it is much better to have a gmail account. But we have our rights to choose. How about you guys, what are your views on this matter?
