I am unable to concentrate and study due to tiredness/laziness when i come from

I usually catch a bus that takes around 30 mins to get to my stop (the bus is very noisy cause there are many loud and annoying primary kids) then i walk close to a km to get to my house which usually takes 10 - 15 minutes. By the time i come home it's 5 and im drained out, i take a shower and sit at my table, ATTEMPT to study but end up sitting there daydreaming or staring blankly into a book or something and procrastinate. I am in year 12 and my marks are falling very fast, not only is this bad for my HSC result but its extremely demotivating. I feel despaired, lost, depressed, irritated, angry and jealous of my friends. I think the problem lies more to my tiredness than motivation because at times i feel motivated but too tired to do anything. I hope to do Psychology in Uni as i have alot of interest for it and i can help people like me out but at this rate i might as well fall into oblivion... Please someone help me... Alot of thanks in advance to any suggestions.
