Immature Former Partner

I am currently a dedicated career woman and though I know my priorities, I still can't help but missed being in a romantic relationship. I don't know if it is because of the cold season or I am really genuinely looking for love but it can't be helped to long for one. This is probably the main reason why I hooked up with an old flame, an ex-boyfriend back in high school.

I thought he was a changed man, but he was still the same. The same immature selfish jerk. A liar and a baby. It is a good thing that I haven't completely given all my heart to him again. I recently ditched him and it felt really good after.

It is sad to break up with a relationship but it is also a relief to think that you already ended up a relationship with a guy that does not deserve you. As what you had said, you are a career woman. You have all the time in your hands. You can just go on with life and wait for that perfect man to come your way. Always remember that all shoes come in pairs, you would soon find your other half.
