| Investment and dedications put to waste Call me a sentimental individual, but I value everything that I had worked hard for. Just recently I found out that the office management lost all of my submitted office papers I sent them recently. Although they didn't ask me to repeat everything and they claim full responsibility of their actions, I just can't help but to feel frustrated and annoyed at their negligence. Sure, I was paid for that work, but by God! I remembered getting stressed and working hard to finish those papers, now they don't show it on the recent company report? I am really frustrated at the management team. |
| It is really frustrating. To find out that what you had worked for had just been put to waste. I think you have the right to ask what happened to your work. Do you actually believe that all of your work were just misplaced or got lost? If you really want to get your work reflected to the company report, try to ask about it. Good luck on that and good day. |

That is why it is important that we do consider reserving some back up for the files that we do. For we will never know if those files might be lost and might got messed about. You certainly have the right to question the management about your work, because it were your work in the first place. And you have the right to check on whether they really used your material or not. |
