| Watch your mouth I am just annoyed with people who think that because their somebody else's friend that they have all the right to act as jerks. Take for instance this next door neighbor we had, I usually hear them chatting. It seems to me as they are throwing insults at each other calling each one's name in a seemingly insulting manner like "Hey, fatty what are you doing?" or sometimes frankly calling someone stupid just because she fail to remember something. I know friends can be like that sometimes but there is a limit to this so watch your language. |
| "Being Called Names, It Sucks! "
It is sad to hear such words of insults, coming from a friend or someone we know.Just recently I was with my sister in a nearby mall. We are in search of a dress that she can wear in her friend's wedding when I bumped in a high school classmate of mine. We are not that close, but we talked a lot way back then. After a little chat, we decided to part ways. But I am surprised to hear him at our back, calling me. But not with my name but with something else. I got really offended on how he called me and how the people at the mall stared at me. |
| "Don't be too comfortable"
Before we are friends with someone, we are first individuals. Let's first think of what we will be feeling if ever we hear someone calls us name. I think jokingly calling people names is okay but just to a certain degree. Do it often when you guys are hanging around and on a comedic mood, but when things are serious and depressing. Blurting out some of these words can really affect one's confidence and mood. |
| "Being Called Names as a form of Bullying "
It is not a good feeling to hear people calling you with such names. I hate to admit this but I experienced such bullying way back in elementary days when my classmates would call me with an animal name or with some other disgusting names. But thank God that I managed to get over those bad experiences that I had. Hope you can also get along with the situation really well. |
