| Why Are There Bullies?  My daughter is now a grade one student in a school nearby. My husband and I decided to send her to a private school to at least be sure that she gets enough attention from teachers and be able to be free from those bullies that were too many in some local public schools. But sadly, my daughter still suffers from bullying. It hurts me to know that there are these kids who bullies other kids. And my daughter is starting to be a victim. |

I also have the same problem as what you have. Some of my daughter's classmates would call her nasty names and would laugh at her at times. It really hurts me a lot. At first I thought of talking to her classmates and scare them from ever hurting my little girl's feelings. But I thought of letting my daughter deal with the problem herself. I would tell her how important it is to not let those classmates of her ruin her day in the school. I just hope that she'd handle the situation well and let it make her a much mature kid. |
| "Cooperation from Parents and Teachers"
We all have gone though school hell and managed to come victoriously overcome the various trials from it. I think it is necessary for you as a parent to properly talk to the teachers, especially that of the child who has been bullying your daughter. Try to be civil and respectful. Any parent would not want their child to be bullied or be a bully, but expect the worst as any parent are protective of their child. The accusation of their child being a bully will probably get a negative reaction, but I think this would be enough for them to remind their child to stop their bullying nature. |

Parents would never want their kids to got hurt and be bullied at school or at any place and activities they are into. There are so much cases of school bullying. It is sad because bullies are those kids who are either neglected, suffered from abuse of different kinds. We have to understand these kids as well. They will never be bullies if there weren't any reasons behind their behavior at all. |
