The disadvantages of having a dog

Thank author of this post/commentA dog is a man's best friend and there is no hiding that truth. There are so many convenience that having a dog brings, but let us stray away from those convenience and talk about the inconvenience.

I am in an industry which demands concentration which is creative writing. I just hate it when my dog keeps on whining and barking which hinders my ability to properly hear my thoughts and put them to paper. When I go out to see what's wrong, there isn't anyone or something weird going on that warrants her barking. This really irritates me which makes me scold her really hard at times.

Dogs are like that. Sometimes we think there was no reason at all for them to make such noise, but there are. And so, we need to put them a spot in the house where they can play and they can do their stuffs, away from where we do our works that needs our concentration.

It is their nature to bark when they felt something, hear or feel. Knowing these, we should understand why they whine and bark at times.

I think you need to provide their basic needs. What if the dog was hungry, thirsty, etc? You must occasionally walk them for the dogs to release their stress and be healthy. Give them baths and care for them. What if your dog did indeed saw some suspicious shadows lurking and you just failed to saw it because it ran off as soon as the dog started barking? We just need to lengthen our patience as there is no direct ways for us to know what our pets want from us.

I myself have a pet dog at home. And yes, she is too noisy. And she would whine all the time whenever she feel like going out to pee or if she wants some water and got really hungry.

Like what Jim said, have that patience to deal with your pet dog. It is not easy for them to communicate with us. But yet they are still trying eve if we, most of the time gets really annoyed and irritated with them.
