Yahoo! Answers: Annoying bumbs on arms, Not razor bumps! HELP HELP HELP!? Okay well I do shave my arms but thats not it I know what razor bumps look like and these look nothing like them, i only get them on the inner creasing part of my elpow it's only like a little patch but it's infuriating! they look like pimples and mosquito bites! I asked my mom and she said that it's because I didnt use lotion so I lotioned my arms and legs twice a day for a month but nothing happened, then she said that i should use nutregena on the area and i did for another month but nothing happened, then she said that maybe my skin waqs just to oily and so now im using witch hazel and rubbing it on the inside of my elbow, i've been doing this for 3 weeks and so far nothing!! any advice or tips?
