Yahoo! Answers: Do I have a Kidney Infection ?

Thank author of this post/commentI fell asleep on the sofa saturday night, waking up in the morning i had a stiff neck and also when i went to the toilet i had cloudy piss plus a burning sensation after. Realising i had a water infection i drunk plenty of water and drank lots of cranberry juice. later that day i started to develop a small pain in the left hand side of my bottom back, however the pain was not irritating or annoying it was like a pulled muscle pain. My urine has now cleared up and is back to the normal colour, i am still urinated alot but this may be due to drinking alot of water, two days later i still have the pulled muscle feeling in my back.. it is not a strong pain and does not bother me when i am sitting down .. what could this pain be ? .. symptons suggest that its a kidney infection, however i do not have any other symptons and surely if it was a kidney infection i would still have cloudy piss plus the pain would be alot worse. Any ideas ?
