redoing work from scratch

When ever I do work only to see that it needs to be redone from scratch, this is something that truly infuriates me, no matter the situation.

Working from scratch can really be a drag, but it does not always have to be this way. If it were that one properly interpreted the situation, they would understand that when we restart a project we are able to focus better on the outcome, as we have already done it and such a circumstance only makes things better for all of us.
