| Doing your job! I recently hired some extra hand to help me with my work. At first , they were all too passionate to perform well, but after the "honeymoon period", they started slacking off. I usually receive a good number of paperwork from them but recently it came down to just five a week. This really frustrates me as they are under performing and not doing their job right. I plan to tell them a piece of my mind within this week to resolve this issue. |
| "Clear Things Up "
I think those guys really need some wake up call, that is if they still want to continue working for you. It is important that we do set rules if we want people to work for us. Some might be that comfortable with you that is why they are having that laid back attitude towards their work. You better set rules and make your point clear to them once and for all. |
| "Already set everything up"
I already set everything up for them. I have already adjusted. As much as I want to I can't fire them nor demand so much, I am only outsourcing my work to them. Being to bossy and demanding might scare them away. I already mentioned my issues with them and they complied in a nice way. Luckily everything eventually all work out. I already contact additional people to help us out. |
