Small business practices

Some small business practices really annoy me! Of course, some large business practices do so also, but itīs the small ones that really bug me.

Itīs like they do not realize the value of their customers. Usually they canīt hire good employees, and then they give the daughter or niece (or nephew) some work to buy cigarettes with. Theses children are not into customer service at all.

The usual question is "what do you want?", like you just walked in to ask for a low interest loan.

If the place sells magazines, newspapers and cigarettes, It is just logical that thatīs what you are looking for. Right?

Well, thatīs my gripe for today.

Cheers!

Do you counsel angry customers?

Do you counsel stupid business executives?

What about those upset with spammy messages?

Hi there!

Well, I understand your point. I know how it feels. Maybe we just have to be very patient and understanding in terms of this concern because as the term implies, "small business". That means, they are just starting and they don't have that much capital. If they do, they should have hired someone more capable. Maybe you can just suggest to the manager that they train them at least.
