I went to the bill payment center today to pay my health insurance. I had $340 in my grubby little hands and have the clerk my id card and counted out the money.Sorry... the clerk refused all of my money! I was a little past due... so now I have to make a trip to the main office to pay.
Now that is beyond crazy. What business wants to refuse a customers money when they are paying bills... on time, a little late, or really late!
Maybe that will be the end of me paying that company anything. I'll look for a new company that has a little more respect for their customers and normal business practices... how long can a business that refuses money from their clients stay in business?
