| Video: Day 16: Insanity Plyo Circuit FAILED =( Today is day 16 of my p90x/insanity hybrid...I actually got my butt out of bed before work (which rarely happens) and was stoked to press play...unfortunately my mind and body were not on the same page- I couldn't even make it through the warm up this morning because of heart pain and weakness...I am quick annoyed with myself right now...On a happy note, my eating has been amazing! (trying not to be 100% negative lol)...I am seeing results & my body is changing so fast- all I want to do is push play and I'm so disappointed my body prevented me from doing so today.
