Answers: How to ask my mom.........? - The World
| Answers: How to ask my mom.........? My mom got a new flip video camera for christmas. so she has an old video camera, which really isn't old. it's a small sony one. But she doesnt' use it. We're going on a family vacation to disney world soon and i want to take the video camera. i like to like document stuff, take pictures, videos, ect. But my family is so freaking judgmental! It's so annoying. I don't know how to ask my mom if I can borrow it. Because I know she'll say "why the hell do you want to bring a video camera" and my younger sister who's 12 (I'm 15) always makes fun of me for stuff like that. so i dont' really wanna tell her . but i don't want them to ruin my fun. i want to be me and not have them judge me 24/7. So how do i ask her. I was thinking that i'll just either come out and say it "mom can i bring your old video camera to disney" should I just out and say it? UGH! why are they so judgmental? It's so annoying! thanks! |
| I perfectly understand your situation now. It's really hard to borrow something from someone. Of course, going to Disney is surely a whole lot of fun! I suggest you stand out and ask your mom to borrow her video camera (just do it in a super nice way!). Just be ready if the bomb explodes..LOL..Anyway, how will you know if you won't give it a try? |
