| Rebellious attitude A big change suddenly happened here in the office and some of my co-workers aren't too happy about such change. Some have already shown resistance and dismay. Although some have dared to confront such issues by asking the company heads to have a meeting with us, it has proven futile as the big bosses dared not to even properly communicate with us. I have already seen other fellow officemates slack off and not follow the rules because of this. Hopefully this won't turn into something ugly as I have a family to provide for, and a few wrong choices of my peers could possibly lead to something unacceptable. I wouldn't even think of the scenario. |

I can say that it is a little tough to be in situation like that. For I have seen some who manages to get along with their habits in working and suddenly changes did come and hits them. It is important to have a very healthy relationship between employees and the bosses. For working in a place where you are not that comfortable anymore would be a little hard to do. |
