Well, anger can be and is "managed" if we want to. Anger is an emotional reaction triggered by our fight to control our environment and surroundings. We want this our way, maybe we donīt want it to rain, but is is, thereīs a storm out there! We get ticked off, hell, why is this happening? A superficial example, of course, but basically right. The idea is that we want things our way. And when it comes to relationships, the going gets rough. People donīt want to be shoved or pushed according to our wishes. They may put up resistance, and we can react. Husband/wife relationships suffer and start going wry. we could look at the whole picture and go into work relationships, parent/offspring issues, social issues, etc. So it IS to our convenience to try to "manage" our anger or our resistance to not being in control. OUR control of all things. Just see yourself as you really are...YOU donīt control anything, not even your anger. Plus anger is a typically infantile reaction. Kids reach for a toy and cry if they donīt get it. Bite and scratch other children. See yourself there, in that example. Stop getting "ticked off". Good advise. Take care.

Hate, this is the absence of love. Anytime we start to see a different side to life, other than having a simple interest in the important things that are in it such as love, this is when we start to let hate control us. To me, anger is something that can easily fuel hatred. • Page 1 (Original Post) •
