| A Hellish SupervisorTo provide for my college education, I have no choice but to utilize my spare time earning the necessary funds. I am currently working in this popular fast food chain. My biggest complain is how much degrading our supervisor can be sometimes, shouting at us, making us feel inferior and blaming us for a not so good job while we are all stressed on various peak hours inside the kitchen.I know it is normal to remind us of our responsibilities, but she don't have to do that every single day. |
|  "Cruel people"
People can really be cruel sometimes. They already know the emotional stress that such harmful words can inflict on someone's psyche but they still manage to do so. I know that it is part of the work to fire up their employees to work better, but there is a thin line that separate inspiration from fear. Most of the time you can't do a thing. Try to answer back and you'll find yourself having a few schedule next shift. I too have worked once in a fast food chain back in college when the family got into a big financial mess but luckily everything went fine. Just try not to take what your superior has to say to you personally. |
