| My boss's assistant puts me in a horrible moodI love working for my boss but I can not stand her assistant. She has such a bad attitude towards me. How can I get past her stuck up bossy attitude? |
| Our office once had that kind of employee. My boss used to have 2 secretaries / assistants and I was the second one. The other dudet acts very bossy as like she was the real boss when our real boss is not around but on the other hand she always commit work related errors unlike me who follows direction properly. My boss decided that she won't be needing 2 assistants and clipped the other dudet so not I'm the her only secretary in which she say is better than two. Just be nice to her, there will come a day that your boss will see horrible assistant he/she have. |
| Hi there Marie, you certainly cannot do anything about that, but I have this suggestion, why not try to befriend her or him, maybe then you will be able to get his or her heart and then hopefully his rudeness.
