| Last Minute ChangesIn a business where customers are always the king, it can be quite a headache to deal with clients who are changing their minds on the last minute. I am just starting out with my specialty store that offers various card printing services. My biggest gripe is when a customer says that we will be the one's who will decide the design for the card but once we made a sample template they will completely reject it. While it is completely normal then why did they told us that we will be the ones deciding on the design when in the end they have want some things to add up that they didn't told us before! |
| "Be Ready On Those Kind Of Scenario "
That is true. You have to always consider your customers' preferences because your business could not make it if it wasnt for them. But you also have to know your right as the business owner. Try to make your business clear with them. This way they will know how far they are to go with your products or services. There are lots of things a business owner must consider so be ready. |
| "Unprofessional and a headache sometimes"
Last minute changes are nothing new to homebased freelancers like us. It is really hard to do business with such people, but you just have to cope up with it. You can always just let go of the project or extend your patience. I for one am the tolerable of such attitude as long as it is for the good of the whole project. But believe when I say that there is a limit to what I can take, and I have let go of better paying projects just because of a client's unprofessional attitude. |
