The Customer Is Always Right?Whoever created the phrase about customers always being right must be insane.Now I agree that good customer service usually includes being nice to the customer and making them feel very important, however, there are definitely times when the customer is DEFINITELY not right! Most times, the customer neglects to read anything about what they are buying and the terms of doing so because they are in a hurry or just don't care. Then, when they want to change their order or make you jump through fifty extra hoops all for the same cost, it makes me want to scream! |
