Yahoo! Answers: How to fix an issue with an annoying coworker? I work as a Resident Assistant at my university. Recently, it was announced who our boss would be for next year, some we already work with, Danielle. Well, Jason, my relatively new coworker claims that he is Danielle's favorite to everyone. Every time I see him he is always mentions it when I see him. I have addressed my annoyance to Danielle and she does not play favorites and I know this. I am looking for advice to how to get Jason to cut it out. In about a month and half we will be welcoming three new people to our staff and I feel like this would severely hinder group dynamics with him being on his high horse and all.
