She asks curiously at her coworker. "Well, unfortunately, I don't have the authority." He simply replies back as he looks through the photos she took. "I can take the photos over again if you want." She suggests with a sweet smile plastered on her face. He gets up, grabbing his beige raincoat along with his camera. "Miley, it's perfectly fine. You've done enough." He tells her sternly and walks off. "Nick!" She yells out his name but it was far too late, he was long gone. She sighs and falls back in her chair and bangs her head on her desk. "Ow." "Miley! Get up!" She hears a loud, worried voice speak. She raises her head up with a long moan. "What Selena?" She asks annoyed. "Look, make it quick. I have a lot on my mind right now. Stuff that you don't even und—" "Rumor has it that Markus is letting you go." Selena says. She shoots her head towards Selena. "What?" She looks at her friend with wide eyes. "Where's Joe?" She quickly gets up from her seat and asks in a low growl. "Why do you always assume that Joe is the one who tells me everything?" Selena asks. "Fine, who told you?"
