| just silly wondering. am i only person in the world who is annoyed and bothered  when they didn't get what i say? i know it's common. i'm not bothered by it as much if my close friend says that. but when a person i don't know or coworker does that, i get really annoyed and feel disrepected and sometimes i end up yelling at the other person. i would never say "what?" unless it's my close friend. To coworker, i would always say "i'm sorry?" or "uhh?" or something beside "what?". To me, "what" is the lowest, most disrepectful, condescending way of saying "what did you say, i didn't get that". i know, if someone they really respect says something they didn't understand, they would never say "what?". i know many people would think i'm paranoid. but, i'm wondering, is there anyone eles would feels same way i feel? pls don't be nasty and reply by saying "what?". thanks for your opinion. |
