| Actually I do not have employees, but I have a friend who have those. As we talk about things in life whenever we find some time, he would say that his employees are like a thorn on his rose. Though they are the reason why his business grows, they are also the reason why he had headaches all the time! Anyway, we are all people and we are not perfect at all times, so we just have to talk things out, whether you are an employer or an employee. |
| I may say that we can't sometimes if your employees annoy you, especially when you seem to build a good relationship on them. Hence, as the boss of the company you have to clearly tell them that despite the closeness you have respect should prevail. As for me, I only get annoyed if an employee promises to finish his work at a given date but he didn't. Employees should honor their word. |

There really are reasons for employers to get annoyed and totally irritated with their employees. But for me, the bosses and the employees should have this good relationship, a good working relationship to be able to have a great working atmosphere together. That is the very best way to do in my opinion. For in an office with people working in harmony, would probably be the best working scenario for all. |
