'no cry babies' Your Employees

Why are there always some employees who just love to act as if they own the place in which they work? I really could care less of how they feel about their job and the workplace, especially if everything considered in their own interest is up to a high and or decent enough standard for any average person. There is simply no time nor room for whiners and cry babies in the world of big business.

You are right, but sometimes those same cry babies are the ones who make the work happen. Though they cry all the time, and are always complaining, they still get out there and do the work, and this is what it is that their bosses love about them, they really mean business when they put their feet down, a significant amount of them at least.
